Do you dream about running 5 kilometers?


To run 5 kilometers can seem extremely unmanageable and almost unrealistic when you are out of shape. That is why we have gathered several workout programs for different levels and ambitions. There is a running program, training for the Ambulance Candidate Test, and basic training for firefighters available.  

If you want to work up a sweat at home, next to your desk, do exercises for your neck, back, or shoulders, you can get inspiration from Falck Healthcare’s training programs below.

Walk and Talk

Go for a walk with a colleague, get some exercise while attending a meeting or reflect upon your work tasks while walking.

A Walk and Talk is the perfect tool to get some exercise during the day.

You can find the marked routes close to FCC in printed version in the reception or online, if you click the boxes below. The routes takes approximately 15, 30 and 60 minutes to walk.
